Enter the colours from the reset state
- Press Purple four times to reset the rotor mechanism and establish the starting state for the solution.
- Press Red once to begin the solution from the reset state.
- Press Blue once to continue after the opening Red press.
- Press Green once to complete the opening Red, Blue, Green portion of the order.
- Press Red once to begin the remaining Red, Blue, Blue, Green, Blue portion.
- Press Blue once to begin the consecutive Blue presses.
- Press Blue once more to complete the repeated Blue input before returning to Green.
- Press Green once to leave only the final Blue press in the sequence.
- Press Blue once to finish the button order and align the rotors.
Recover after an extra press
Every button press moves both rotors at once. Trying to correct only the wheel that looks wrong also changes the other wheel, which can make your position harder to follow. Treat the button order as a complete sequence from its reset state.
